Job Description: Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and planning work on construction projects, ensuring that timelines are met in consultation with clients. You will ensure that construction workers have the right conditions for good health, a safe work environment, and project safety. Your role will include some administrative tasks, such as documentation and communicating resource needs. A key responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to lead, motivate, and support the team to work safely and efficiently, providing the necessary conditions for success.

Qualifications:

• Background with practical experience as a site supervisor in concrete work.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents in both text and drawing form.
• Proficiency in computer usage, especially in programs like Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of 3D programs is a plus.
• Fluency in Turkish is required + fluent Swedish or English.
